- Orders within the USA: Allow up to 2 to 9 business days for processing and shipping.
- International orders: Allow up to 4 weeks for processing and shipping, with possible customs delays.

**International & Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & other US Territories:**

- Next Day Air shipping is not available at this time.

- Contact customer service within 14 days from the delivery date for return authorization.

- Returns require valid authorization, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping fees.

**No Returns On**:
