Orders, Shop our secure online store 7 days a week 24 hours a day. For your added security (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. See our complete privacy statement for more information. Our business hours for phone-in orders are between 11a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Our goal is to ship all in-stock merchandise within 2 to 7 business days after receipt of your order. Any orders that must be shipped Second Day or next Day VIA OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, must be received by 1:00PM EST.  Website and phone mail orders are processed in the same manner and orders entered weeknights or weekends are filled at the start of the next business day. Please note there may be delays on orders placed from December 28th thru January 14th, due to the New Years Celebration and winter art & craft shows. Special orders may take 2 to 9 weeks before shipping. Some merchandise may ship from states other than North Carolina, USA.

Shipping Turn Around Time, It takes time to make amazing artwork. Most of the pieces we offer are handcrafted one at a time by our artists & crafters, and shipped directly to you from their studio. The "Ready to ship times" are the estimated time needed for the artwork to be crafted and ready to be packed to ship, actual shipping transit time will vary depending on the final destination.  

Example: "The Hepburn Wine Rack is ready to ship in 2 to 5 weeks" this means it will take 2 to 5 weeks for the Hepburn Wine Rack to be crafted and ready to be packed to ship. "Rush may be available" If you need to expedite the turnaround time of your order, a rush charge may  apply to your order. Rush services may not be available for all products. Contact customer service if you require our rush services or have any other questions

Shipping Charges and Partners, Shipping & handling is estimated (actual shipping & handling may be less when the order is processed. A refund to the method of payment used will be made if there is a difference). For Orders needing faster than Standard Delivery Please Contact Us. We rely on a network of external shipping partners around the world our primary shipping partner we use are: UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (USA Post Office). Orders shipping outside Continental US (lower 48 states), International as well as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & other USA Territories are subject to additional shipping and handling charge regardless of quantity ordered.

Shipping to a Different Address If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.
Splitting an Order Between Two Shipping Addresses If you are splitting the order between two addresses (i.e. sending some products to one address and other products to a different address), each order will need to be entered separately. See "Shipping to a Different Address" above for instructions on sending products to an address different than your billing address. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order.

International Orders, An additional charge maybe requested on orders outside Continental US (lower 48 states). 

We prefer that international orders are paid using PayPal. You will be sent a second invoice for additional shipping charges. You do not have to have a PayPal account, you can pay with your debit or credit card on the PayPal Site. Simply click on the "checkout out as a guest" link located midway down the Paypal checkout page. 
Minimum Orders, We do not have a minimum order at this time.  

Special Orders, Special orders may take up to 6+ weeks.  

Rush Orders, "Rush may be available" If you need to expedite the turnaround time of your order, a rush charge may  apply to your order. Rush services may not be available for all products. We will contact the you with the with this rush order fee amount. Please Contact Us if you wish to have a rush on you order. Please include all needed information such as deadline dates, event dates, ect. to ensure timely delivery. We will do everything we can to meet your wishes, but we assume no responsibility for anything beyond our control.

Back Orders, We will contact customers regarding any item on back order. Unless otherwise requested the whole order will be shipped with back-ordered items at the same time, unless the customer requests differently. If this order is needed by a certain date, please inform us of the date needed.

Billing, All orders must be paid by PayPal or Credit Card. You must provide correct billing address of the cardholder and phone number to use a credit card. No C.O.D.'s. 

North Carolina Tax Rule, A sales tax of 6.75% will be applied to any orders from customers within North Carolina. 
Special Promotions, At times we offer special promotions on select items. These promotions can end at any time without notice (we do not offer rain checks). 

Merchandise, We sometimes experience changes in price or appearance of the merchandise; therefore, prices and appearance are subject to change without notice. We will contact you if changes in price or appearance occur. Although the website is updated frequently this point holds true and a price you see for a product may not be the correct one.  Please call if you have any specific questions regarding current pricing or product descriptions in our website. 

Errors, Shortages, & Damages, We strive to process orders quickly and accurately, however errors do occur.  Call with any errors, shortages or damages found within 24 hours of receiving your order.  We are not responsible for errors or shortages reported after 24 hours of the delivery date

What to do if the Tracking number says that my package is delivered, but you don't have my package? Check with others at your address or perhaps a neighbor to see if someone else may have picked up the package. You should also check around the entrances of your residence for the package, particularly on back porches, bushes, garages, grills, or other places that might protect your package from theft or weather. Note that drivers may use plastic bags to protect your package from the weather. The buyer should contact the office of the delivery service to ask about the package.  If possible, talk to the driver if you can catch them on their route. They may have hidden the package on the porch, in the bushes, etc. If the delivery service has recorded that it has been delivered, then it was delivered. It may have been stolen. If this has happened, the buyer should contact their home owners insurance company and inquire as to if the loss is covered. The insurance included as part of the shipping only covers the item if it's lost or broken in transit. Once it shows as delivered, it cannot be classified as lost.

Exchange & Return Policy, (Excluding Furniture, Custom Orders, Clearance, Last Chance and Holiday Items)

Our customer service department must be contacted for an exchange or return authorization. We will authorize any return within 14 days from the delivery date of the merchandise. All returns and exchanges must have a valid authorization or the package will be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from including return shipping fees. Errors, shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if sent without the Return Authorization Number. NO refunds will be issued without the website receipt. Please follow these procedures to avoid the restocking fee and to allow us to process your exchange or return as quickly as possible. 
Furniture, Custom Orders, Last Chance and Holiday Items Exchange & Return Policy, We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Furniture, Custom Orders, Clearance, Last Chance and Holiday Items. Please Contact Us with all errors, shortages or damages within 24 hours of receiving the order.
All Furniture sold online is custom made to order and must be paid in full before it is made. We are not responsible for any order errors, damages or shortages after 24 hours of the delivery date. Items damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge but must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date.
Color/Finish/Shade Guarantee Disclaimer, Eclectic Treasures does not guarantee color, tone, shades or finishes on any item due to the fact that screen settings vary from computer to computer. For the best depiction of an item color, set screen so items in picture seem to be in their natural color.
Eclectic Treasures offers swatches available for most upholstered items that we sell. If you are unsure of a color and would like to view a color swatch, Please Contact Us. There is a refundable fee for the swatches customer is responsible for the shipping and the return shipping .

CANCELLATION POLICY, Custom orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of purchase, Standard orders can be cancelled without penalty within 12 hours of purchase.
